2) What This Policy Covers

  • Any group listing (paid or free) published on ActiveGroupLinks.com.
  • Any intellectual-property complaint (copyright, brand misuse, impersonation) or policy breach (scams, malware, illegal content, doxxing, hate, sexual exploitation, spam).
  • We may remove a group with or without prior notice once a credible report is submitted.

3) Immediate/No-Notice Removals

To protect users, we may remove or restrict a group immediately and without prior notice if we receive a credible, good-faith report indicating:

  • Clear IP infringement (e.g., unauthorized sharing of paid content).
  • Safety risks, fraud, or other serious policy violations.
  • Court orders or law-enforcement requests.

We aim to notify the group admin (if contactable) after action is taken, and provide an appeal path (see §6).

6) Admin Appeal / Counter-Notice

If your group was removed or restricted, you may appeal.

Appeal review: Typically 3–7 business days. If validated, we may restore or relist the group (at our discretion).

7) Repeat or Egregious Violations

  • Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent delisting and bans on resubmission.
  • We may cooperate with rights holders or authorities as legally required.

8) Misuse of the Process

Submitting fraudulent or bad-faith reports/appeals may result in denial of future requests and potential legal consequences.
