1) Purpose
ActiveGroupLinks.com lists and indexes community groups (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, etc.). We respect rights holders and group admins. This policy explains how to request removal of a group listing and how group admins can appeal.
2) What This Policy Covers
- Any group listing (paid or free) published on ActiveGroupLinks.com.
- Any intellectual-property complaint (copyright, brand misuse, impersonation) or policy breach (scams, malware, illegal content, doxxing, hate, sexual exploitation, spam).
- We may remove a group with or without prior notice once a credible report is submitted.
3) Immediate/No-Notice Removals
To protect users, we may remove or restrict a group immediately and without prior notice if we receive a credible, good-faith report indicating:
- Clear IP infringement (e.g., unauthorized sharing of paid content).
- Safety risks, fraud, or other serious policy violations.
- Court orders or law-enforcement requests.
We aim to notify the group admin (if contactable) after action is taken, and provide an appeal path (see §6).

6) Admin Appeal / Counter-Notice
If your group was removed or restricted, you may appeal.
How to appeal: Email activegrouplink@gmail.com with subject “Group Removal Appeal” and include:
- Your name and role (group admin/owner)

- Signature (typed name + date)
Appeal review: Typically 3–7 business days. If validated, we may restore or relist the group (at our discretion).
7) Repeat or Egregious Violations
- Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent delisting and bans on resubmission.
- We may cooperate with rights holders or authorities as legally required.
8) Misuse of the Process
Submitting fraudulent or bad-faith reports/appeals may result in denial of future requests and potential legal consequences.
9) Scope & Discretion
This policy applies to group listings on ActiveGroupLinks.com only. We do not control third-party platforms. Final moderation decisions are at our sole discretion and may consider context, local laws, and user safety.
